  • Take four zucchini and the same amount of eggs, three tablespoons of vegetable oil, two-thirds of a glass of milk, flour by texture and spices to taste. To improve viscosity, add one hundred grams of sour cream.
  • Peel the zucchini, grate finely and mix with spices. Salt, pepper, dried paprika or garlic in the dough to taste. Then add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
  • If using sour cream, mix it with milk. Then add the resulting mixture to the zucchini.
